基于双轴加速加载试验的沥青路面车辙预测模型

Rutting Prediction Model of Asphalt Pavement Based on Acceleration Loading Tests by Tandem Axles

摘要: 为研究重载交通作用下沥青路面车辙变化规律,铺筑了室内沥青混凝土面层水泥稳定碎石基层的试验路。在室内常温加载和路面加热至42 ℃两种工况下,利用自主研发的加速加载设备进行双轴加速加载试验,试验过程中对温度、车辙和应变进行监测,依据车辙变化规律建立了轴重160 kN双轴双轮加载条件下沥青混凝土路面车辙预测模型。研究结果表明:双轴双轮组加载时同样加载次数条件下车辙深度大于单轴加载车辙深度,所建立的模型更适合当前道路交通情况。通过对比分析验证了该模型的正确性。

Abstract: In order to study the rutting change law of asphalt pavement under heavy load traffic, the test road of asphalt concrete surface layer and cement stabilized macadam base was paved indoor. Under two different conditions, that is the indoor common temperature loading and the conolition that the pavement was heated to 42℃, the acceleration and loading equipments with independent research and development were used in biaxial acceleration loading test. During the experiments, the temperature, the rutting and the strain were monitored. According to the variation law of rutting, the asphalt concrete pavement rutting prediction model was established under the loading condition of bi-axles and bi-wheels with 160 kN axle load. The results show that: under the loading condition of bi-axles and bi-wheels, the wheel depth is greater than that of single axle loading rutting with the same loading times, and the proposed model is more suitable for the current road traffic condition. The correctness of the proposed model is verified by comparative analysis.
