摘要: 采用常规稀释法和划线纯培养法,从三个污泥样中分离出194株细菌,经过初筛和复筛获得14株产高效MBF 的菌种,在对各菌株进行絮凝活性的遗传稳定性检验后,得到H1菌株,并对其培养条件进行了研究。伴随实验过 程获得菌株筛选模式

Abstract: Among the 194 bacterial strains isolated from three representative sludge samples, 14 bacteria, which could produce efficient MBF, were obtained after screening and rescreening. The MBF produced by these 14 strains had shown positive effects on treatment of pharmaceutic sewage, domestic sewage, blue ink and ink sewage (0.2%).
