基于抗滑性能的SMA配合比设计

Mixture Proportion Design for Stone Mastic Asphalt Pavement Based on SkidResistance Performance Based on Skid-Resistance Performance

摘要: 为了研究各参数对SMA路面抗滑性能的影响并指导配合比设计,通过变化配合比设计相关参数,包括各控制筛孔通过率和沥青用量,进行正交试验设计。利用典型灰关联度量化各参数对抗滑性能的影响程度。结果表明:随着公称最大粒径通过率的增大,SMA路面的抗滑性能逐渐降低;对于SMA-13,随着9.5 mm筛孔通过率的增加,路面的抗滑性能先增大后减小;当关键筛孔4.75 mm通过率增大时,抗滑性能先减小后增大;随着2.36 mm筛孔通过率的增加,抗滑性能呈增大趋势;随着沥青用量的增加,SMA路面的抗滑性能逐渐降低;各参数对抗滑性能影响程度大小依次为:最大粒径通过率﹥关键筛孔通过率﹥沥青用量﹥最大粒径次一级筛孔通过率、关键筛孔次一级筛孔通过率。得出抗滑性能良好的SMA级配范围。

Abstract: In order to study the skid-resistance performance of Stone Mastic Asphalt pavement (SMA) and provide advice for the mixture proportion design, several primary parameters in mixture proportion design for SMA, such as the percentage passing through the key sieve size and asphalt content, were taken as factors and the orthogonal experiment design was established. The effects of these factors on the skid resistance were studied and the typical gray correlation degree was introduced to quantify the influence of primary parameters on skid resistance. The results indicate that: with the increase of the percentage passing through the maximum size of aggregate and asphalt content, the skid-resistance performance of SMA is reduced; for the skidresistance performance of SMA-13, when the percentage passing through the sieve size of 9.5 mm grows, it is increased firstly and then decreased; the trend of the skid-resistance performance is contrary when the percentage passing through the sieve size of 4.75 mm is increased; for the sieve size of 2.36 mm, the skid-resistance performance is inclined to increase gradually; and with the increase of asphalt content, the skid-resistance performance of SMA is inclined to decrease gradually. The influence degree of various parameters on the skid resistance follows in a descending order as: the passing percentage of the maximum size of aggregate, percentage passing through the key sieve size, asphalt content, the percentage passing of maximum size of aggregate through the sub-tissue sieve size, the percentage passing through the subtissue sieve size. Finally, based on the above research results, the gradation range for SMA with better skid resistance is recommended.
