摘要: 知识获取和知识库建设是建造专家系统的主要课题之一.结合开发缸套活塞环设计专家系统实际,本文采用系统分析方法拟定设计内容、确定设计目标,从而使知识库建设变得简明有序.讨论机械设计过程中较典型问题的处理,包括:图表值的连续表达,零件强度校核的模糊处理方法,优化方法的应用,介绍知识库管理模块的构成和功能.

关键词: 知识获取, 知识库, 系统分析方法, 设计内容, 设计目标

Abstract: Knowledge acquisition and knowledge base building is one of the most important problems in building an expert system.The systems appoach is applied in this paper to map out the design propram, which simplified the processis of building the knowledge base in perfect order.Some methods are described to deal with some typical problems of mechanical design,such as the representation of figures and tables by spline intepolation,checking part’s strength with fuzzy factor,the application of optimization,etc.The structure and function of knowledge base management module is also described.
