超早强水泥砼的试验研究

摘要: 通过大量室内砂浆试验, 在多种化学外加剂(早强剂、早强减水剂与高效减水剂等) 以及复合早强-减水剂中, 选取了ZC 剂(即复合早强-减水剂型) 作为超早强水泥砼的外加剂, 并确定了其合理的掺量.在此基础上, 对水泥砼进行试验, 结果表明:12 h 的抗折强度达3.84 MPa , 满足砼路面快速修补的要求.

Abstract: Through a large number of mortar tests in laboratory, the ZC-type admixture, which is a compound of early-strength and water reducing agent, is selected as the admixture of over-early strength cement concrete, and accordingly, the rational admix dosage is determined. The test results of cement concrete show that the bending strength in 12 hours is 3.84 MPa for fast mending concrete pavement .
