摘要： COMTICS(Communication Oriented Motor Transport Information and Control System)系统是面向汽车运输企业的管理信息系统。人们按企业活动的类型可将信息系统划分为四种类型的子系统。而从组织职能出发,则可把管理信息系统看成是完成不同职能的各个子系统的联合,每一个职能子系统都包含四种类型的活动。根据汽车运输企业生产经营特点,描述一种面向该类型企业的管理信息系统结构即COMTICS系统结构。

Abstract: COMTICS is communication oriented motor transport information and control system. According to types of enterprise of management, we can describe MIS as four kinds of subsystem. From the view of the function of organization, we can also describe MIS as unity of subsystem which does different function. Every function subsystem includes four kinds of activity. To the character of management of motor transport enterprise, we describe such a structure of MIS which suits this enterprise, that is,the structure of COMTICS.
