沥青稳定碎石混合料设计方法对比试验研究

Comparative Test Study on Design Method of Bituminous Stabilized Macadam Mixtures

摘要: 针对大粒径沥青稳定碎石基层,结合9种级配、3种沥青的沥青稳定碎石混合料,通过大马歇尔法、superpave旋转压实体积法、GTM法对大粒径沥青稳定碎石混合料材料组成设计方法进行了系统的对比试验研究;建立了3种混合料设计方法之间混合料体积及力学指标的关系;在此基础上给出了重载交通条件下大粒径沥青稳定碎石混合料组成设计方法的建议。

Abstract: Aiming at the bituminous stabilized macadam mixtures with 9 types of gradation and 3 types of asphalt,the comparative test study of bituminous stabilized macadam mixtures is carried out systematicly through large Marshall method,superpave rotate compaction method and GTM method.The relationships of volume and physical strength indexs of three types design methods are established.Finally,the design method of bituminous stabilized macadam mixtures under heavy traffic condition is recommended.
