摘要: 基于港珠澳大桥工程复杂的边界条件,介绍了港珠澳大桥面临的管理和技术挑战;根据目标和需求,结合自主创新和市场资源,研究了港珠澳大桥管理和技术挑战的解决方法;系统地构建了项目管理模式,开展了新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备的技术攻关,分阶段、多层次地逐步逼近港珠澳大桥宏伟的建设目标。从一个侧面反映了 “桥梁强国”、“大国制造”的实践历程。

Abstract: The project management and technological challenges facing Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridg project based on its complex boundary conditions were introduced and their solutions were studied, according to its objectives and demands in combination with independent innovations and market sources; a new project management model was systematically established; technical obstacles confronting new technology, new construction techniques, new materials, new equipment and plant were overcome, so as gradually to approach its grand goal of construction by stages and at multi-levels, which discloses from one side the practical process of a “Powerful Nation of Bridges” and “Big Maker”.
