蜡型温拌剂与岩沥青的复合改性研究

Compound Modification of Wax Warm Mix Agent and Rock Asphalt

摘要: 岩沥青在改善沥青的高温和感温及老化性能的同时会使沥青的拌和及压实温度升高,而温拌剂则能够降低沥 '青的拌和及压实温度。选用KSHD型温拌剂和新疆乌尔禾岩沥青对沥青进行复合改性试验研究,并通过组分变化 分析来研究其改性机理。研究表明:温拌岩沥青的复合改性能够在保留岩沥青的改性效果的同时降低拌和及压实 温度,并对沥青的低温抗裂有一定的改善作用;掺入蜡型温拌剂后,溶-凝胶型沥青的饱和分、沥青质增多了,而溶脏 型沥青的胶质与沥青质增多了。

Abstract: When the rock asphalt improved the matrix asphalt' s high-temperature pertormance , thermal susceptibility and the resistance to aging , it also increased the mixture and compaction temperatures. However , warm mix agent could lower asphalt' s mixture and compaction temperatures. Based on this , KSHD typed warm mix agent and Xinjiang Urho rock asphalt were selected as modifiers to test their compound modified effect on the matrix asphalt. And the modification mechanism was analyzed through composition change. The result shows that the compound modification by warm mix agent not only retains the advantage of using rock asphalt as modifier but also lowers the asphalt' s mixture and compaction temperatures. In addition , the crack resistance of asphalt at lower temperature is also improved at certain degree. Moreover , it is found that the saturates and asphaltenes of sol-gel type asphalt increase after adding the wax warm mix agent , while the resins and asphaltenes of sol type asphalt increase
