大跨PC连续刚构桥大体积混凝土承台温控措施研究

摘要: 大跨连续刚构桥大体积混凝土承台浇注是桥梁施工的关键工序之一。大体积混凝土承台裂缝控制措施好坏直接影响到桥梁质量及后期工作。针对实际工程水土嘉陵江特大桥右4#墩承台的温度控制、施工工艺等问题进行了研究,得出了一些具有工程应用价值的有效方法。

Abstract: Casting mass concrete of pile caps in long-span continuous rigid frame bridge is one of the key processes during bridge construction.The measures of crack control in mass concrete of cap influence the quality of the bridge and service period directly.Taking the 4# pier cap,right in Shuitu Jialing River Bridge as an example,the temperature control,construction technology and other issues are studied.Some effective engineering methods with the value of application are obtained.
