整车平顺性仿真及试验优化

摘要: 为了提高整车的平顺性,采用机械系统动力学分析软件MSC.Adams建立了某车的虚拟样机模型;实现了随机输入路面平顺性仿真;考虑了悬架的刚度、阻尼参数对整车平顺性的影响,最后采用试验优化技术中的近似D-最优设计对悬架参数进行优化,极大改善了整车的平顺性。

Abstract: To improve the vehicle ride comfort performance,amulti-body dynamic model is established by means of MSC.Adams.Simulations of the model under random input are carried out successfully.The effects of vehicle parameters,such as the stiffness and damper of the suspension on the vehicle ride comfort are taken into consideration.The optimization design of vehicle ride comfort is executed by D-optimization analysis.It is significant to improve the vehicle ride comfort performance.
