基于数字图像处理技术和熵权法分析沥青路面均匀度的方法

Analysis Method on Uniformity of Asphalt Pavement Based on Digital Image Processing Technology and Entropy Weight

摘要: 为了能简单快速地评价沥青路面的离析现象,基于数字图像处理技术,对多幅沥青混合料摊铺时候的图像进行了均匀性相关分析,对图像进行彩色 图像转化为灰度图像、滤波、去噪、直方图均衡化、图像分割、形态学处理、开闭运算等操作之后转化为二值图像;提取出不同档集料颗粒的面积,并利 用熵权法求出不同档集料面积的权重,从而确定出均匀性评价指标值;绘制均匀性评价指标分布图,将所得均匀性评价指标值与图像对比,得到图像集料 颗粒均匀性较好时候均匀性评价指标值范围。研究结果表明:通过熵权法确定的均匀性评价指标值能够较好地反映沥青路面集料的均匀程度。

Abstract: In order to evaluate the asphalt pavement segregation simply and rapidly, based on digital image processing technology, the correlation analysis on the uniformity of several asphalt mixture paving images was carried out. After a series of image processing, such as converting the color image into gray image, filtering, de-noising, histogram equalization, image segmentation, morphological processing as well as opening and closing operation, the image was converted into binary image. Secondly, the areas of different file aggregate were extracted, and their weights were calculated by the entropy weight method, which determined the homogeneity evaluation index value. Thirdly, the distribution map of homogeneity evaluation index value was plotted; the obtained homogeneity evaluation index value was compared with the image, the range of homogeneity evaluation index value when the aggregate particles were uniformly distributed in the image was obtained. The research results show that the homogeneity evaluation index value determined by entropy weight can reflect the evenness of asphalt pavement aggregate appropriately.
