轨道交通单护盾TBM碎石吹填灌浆工艺研究与实践

Research and Practice of Gravel Filling and Grouting Technology of Rail Transit Single Shield TBM

摘要: 依托重庆轨道交通环线一期上桥车站、凤鸣山车站及区间隧道工程,创新性地提出了单护盾TBM碎石吹填灌浆工艺。通过PFC3D颗粒流模拟碎石吹填 试验过程,室内试验确定单双浆液配,并进行现场调试试验,得出了城市轨道交通单护盾TBM碎石吹填工艺。该工艺成功应用于重庆轨道交通环线一期上 桥车站、凤鸣山车站及区间隧道工程6 724 m的掘进,证明了轨道交通单护盾TBM碎石吹填灌浆工艺的可行性。该工艺可供类似TBM项目推广应用和参考。

Abstract: Based on Shangqiao station, Fengming mountain station and their interval tunnel engineering in first-stage project of Chongqing rail transit loop line, the gravel filling and grouting technology of single shield TBM was proposed innovatively. Through PFC3D particle flow simulation test, the indoor test to determine the single and double slurry ratio and the field test, the gravel filling and grouting technology of urban rail transit single shield TBM was obtained. And the proposed technology was successfully applied to Shangqiao station, Fengming mountain station and 6724 m tunneling of their interval tunnel engineering in first-stage project of Chongqing rail transit loop line, which proved that the gravel filling and grouting technology of rail transit single shield TBM is feasible. The proposed technology can be used for reference and promotion of similar TBM projects.
