基于降黏与表面活性的温拌沥青及混合料性能对比

Performance Comparison of Warm Asphalt and Mixture Based on Viscosity Reducer and Surface Activity

摘要: 采用70#沥青、SBS改性沥青,分别添加有机降黏温拌剂Sasobit和表面活性温拌剂DAT,对比评价两类温拌剂对沥青及沥青混合料性能影响;基于温 拌沥青性能研究,提出温拌沥青混合料施工温度控制方法,给出参考施工温度,采用动、静态试验方法系统研究温拌沥青混合料性能,评价温拌混合料的 疲劳性能和黏弹特性,建立相应疲劳方程和修正Burgers模型。研究表明:Sasobit明显改善沥青高温稳定性,在100~135 ℃降黏作用显著,证明DAT降温 效果更好,对沥青性能影响小,不具降黏效果;Sasobit和DAT均可减轻沥青老化,Sasobit沥青抗老化性能更好;Sasobit显著提高混合料高温稳定性, DAT对混合料高温性能没有影响,两类温拌剂均对混合料短期水稳定性影响小,但Sasobit会劣化长期水稳定性,而DAT则具有改善作用;Sasobit会降低混 合料低温性能,DAT对混合料低温性能影响小;Sasobit混合料抗疲劳性能优于DAT,其疲劳破坏具有脆性特征,DAT混合料疲劳破坏具有塑形特征,证明 Sasobit沥青混合料具有更好的弹性恢复能力和高温性能。

Abstract: H70# asphalt and SBS modified asphalt were adopted,and Sasobit (the warm mix agent with organic viscosity reducing)and DAT (the warm mix agent with surface activity)were added respectively to compare and evaluate their influence on the performance of asphalt and asphalt mixture.Based on the study on the performance of warm asphalt mixture,the control method of construction temperature of warm asphalt mixture was put forward,and the referential construction temperatures were also given.Dynamic and static test methods were adopted to systematically study the performance of warm asphalt mixture.The fatigue performance and viscoelastic characteristics of warm asphalt mixture were evaluated,and the corresponding fatigue equations and the modified Burgers models were established.The study shows that Sasobit obviously improves the high temperature stability of asphalt and its effect of causing viscosity reduction is significant at 100~135 ℃.DAT is proved to have better temperature reduction effect.However,it has a little effect on asphalt performance and has no viscosity reduction effect.Both Sasobit and DAT can reduce the aging of asphalt.Sasobit asphalt has better anti-aging performance.Sasobit can obviously improve high temperature stability of the mixture and DAT has no effect on high temperature stability of the mixture.Both two types of warm mix agents have little effect on short-term water stability of mixture.Sasobit can deteriorate long-term water stability of mixture; however,DAT can improve that.Sasobit can decrease low temperature performance of mixture.DAT has a little effect on low temperature performance of mixture.Sasobit asphalt mixture has better resistance to fatigue performance than DAT does.Fatigue failure of Sasobit mixture has brittle feature and that of DAT mixture has plastic feature.Sasobit asphalt mixture is proved to have better ability of elastic recovery and high temperature performance.
