摘要: 为分析当前电动液压助力转向技术研究不足及进一步研究的方向,回顾了国内外电动液压助力转向技术的研究历程、特点及现状。国外研究主要对 系统节能控制策略、研发过程等进行介绍和分析,国内研究则主要集中在系统建模仿真、不同助力特性分析及驱动电机控制策略等方面,而在助力特性设 计理论、系统动态性能及主要参数设计方法等方面的研究较为欠缺,对设计的指导性不够。阐明了如何量化驾驶员操纵路感、电动泵的特性分析及系统多 目标参数优化设计方法等是电动液压助力转向技术需要进一步研究的问题。

Abstract: In order to analyze the current shortcomings and further research directions of electro-hydraulic power steering (EHPS) design,the research process,characteristics and current situation of EHPS technology at home and abroad were reviewed.The foreign research mainly focused on the introduction and analysis of energy saving control strategy and system development process etc..The domestic research focused on the system modeling and simulation,the analysis of different power characteristics and the control strategy of the drive motor,etc.,however,its research on the design theory of power characteristics,the dynamic performance of the system and the design method of the main parameters was insufficient,and its guidance to the design was not enough.It is expounded that how to quantify driver’s road sense,analyze the characteristics of electric pump and optimize the design method of multiple objective parameters are the problems which are needed to be studied further in the research and engineering application of EHPS.
