Design and Experimental Research on Movable Guardrail of Highway Central Divider

摘要: 针对现在常用的活动护栏无法同时兼备较强防撞能力和灵活活动性能的问题,提出一种新型混凝土活动护栏,即在混凝土护栏内部设计一套移动装置,并针对移动装置对护栏配筋、连接方式、锚固方式以及抗倾覆方式进行了设计。然后通过有限元软件对移动装置进行仿真计算,制作新型混凝土活动护栏试件对移动性能进行人工验证,进行重锤护栏撞击试验。结果表明:新型混凝土护栏可灵活移动且防撞能力满足高速公路护栏安全性能评价标准的要求。

Abstract: A new concrete movable guardrail was designed for the reason that ordinary movable guardrails cannot hold both strong anti-collision performance and mobility.The new guardrail has a mobile device inside it; the guardrail reinforcement,connection mode,anchorage mode and anti-overturning mode have also been designed for it.Then the finite element software was used to simulate and calculate the mobile devices and specimen of new typed concrete movable guardrail was produced and its performance was verified manually.Heavy hammer guardrail impact tests were carried out and the results show that the new concrete guardrail is able to move flexibly and its anti-collision ability meets the requirements of the highway guardrail safety performance evaluation standard.
