基于可靠性的导流洞堵头设计优化分析

Optimization Diversion Tunnel Plug Design Based on Reliability Theory

摘要: 目前堵头设计还没有统一的标准和设计准则,多数堵头设计长度过分偏于安全。在传统定值计算方法的基础上,将可靠性理论引入到导流洞堵头的设计计算中。通过对导流洞堵头极限状态的分析,建立极限状态方程,并在此基础上,利用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立导流洞堵头及围岩的三维有限元计算模型,在可靠性理论的基础上建立堵头力学性能可靠性的显式功能函数,选用设计验算点法编制了计算堵头可靠度的MATLAB程序。通过建立不同长度堵头的有限元计算模型,分别进行可靠性分析和稳定性分析,综合考虑各堵头可靠性和稳定性,对堵头设计长度进行优化分析。

Abstract: At present, there is no unified design standards and criteria for the tunnel plug, so the design length of most plugs is too long. Based on the existing methods of traditional fixed value calculation, the reliability theory was introduced into the design calculation of diversion tunnel plug. By analyzing the limit state of the hydraulic tunnel plug, the limit state equation was established.A three-dimensional finite element model of diversion tunnel plug and surrounding rock was established by using nonlinear finite element analysis software ABAQUS. Based on the reliability theory,the explicit performance function of mechanical reliability of plug was obtained and the Matlab program was designed to calculate the reliability of plug.Through the establishment of finite element models with different length of plug, the reliability and stability were analyzed respectively, and length of plug design was optimized considering the reliability and stability of the plug.
