基于感应控制的过饱和交叉口流量转移方法研究

Research on the Method of Flow Transfer Based on Actuated Control at Over-Saturated Intersection

摘要: 为了提高过饱和交叉口车辆的通行效率,解决交叉口由于流向溢流而产生的过饱和问题。以过饱和交叉口为研究对象,提出了一种基于感应控制的过饱和交叉口流量转移方法。该方法以交叉口的平均排队最小和通行能力最大为目标,从空间和时间两个方面对流量转移方法的实现进行了研究,提出了具有相位优先功能的过饱和交叉口感应控制策略。运用VISSIM微观交通仿真软件以昆明市青年路-人民路的实际调查数据为例对转移方法进行验证。仿真结果表明:提出的流量转移方法能有效减少过饱和交叉口的排队长度并提高过饱和交叉口的车辆通行效率,对防止过饱和交叉口的拥堵现象进一步恶化有显著作用。

Abstract: A method of flow transfer based on actuated control at over-saturated intersection was presented, in order to improve over-saturated intersection efficiency and solve the over-saturation problem of intersection due to the overflow, with the over-saturated intersection as research object. This method takes the average queue minimum and capacity maximum as the target. The realization of flow transfer was studied from the temporal and spatial measures. Then an actuated control strategy with phase priority function at over-saturated intersection was presented. Based on the actual survey data of Kunming Qing Nian Road - Ren Ming Road, simulation verification was done with the help of the microscopic traffic simulation software VISSIM. The simulation results show that the method of flow transfer can more effectively reduce the queue length and improve the traffic efficiency of over-saturated intersection. This method can effectively prevent the further deterioration of the phenomenon at over-saturated intersection.
