特色小镇游客车辆无复检管控点布设研究

Setting No Re-inspection Control Point for Tourist Vehicles in Characteristic Towns

摘要: 针对开放式特色小镇景区人员、车辆管理复杂和路网车辆检测易漏检和拥堵问题,研究了游住混合特色小镇人车管理机制,并以Stoer-Wagner割集算法为基础,提出了车辆检测管控点布局算法。该算法通过寻找以容量倒数为边权值的无向图的最小割集,能以最少的点和最大容量检测所有进入收费景区的车辆。利用Visual C++和TransCAD软件对贵州瓮安县草塘景区的车辆布局点设置进行了计算和仿真。研究结果表明:人车分类的管理机制与车辆管控点布局算法的应用效果良好,减少了20%的车辆检测点,车辆检测布局只影响1%过境交通,不存在游玩车辆重复检测,提高了游玩顺畅度。人车管理机制以及车辆检测布局算法对景区规划有着指导意义,并且有助于今后城市拥挤收费道路位置的研究以及取消省界收费站的逃票车辆的追踪算法研究。

Abstract: To solve the problems of complex management of personnel and vehicles, easy missing and congestion of vehicle detection in road network in the scenic area of open characteristic town, the management mechanism of pedestrian and vehicle in the mixed characteristic town with residence and tourism was researched. Based on Stoer-Wagner cut set algorithm, the algorithm of setting vehicle detection control points was proposed. By finding the minimum cut set of undirected graph with the reciprocal of capacity as the edge weight, the proposed algorithm could detect all vehicles entering the charging scenic area with the minimum number of points and the maximum capacity. The setting of vehicle layout point of Caotang scenic area in Wengan County, Guizhou was calculated and simulated by using Visual C++ and TransCAD software. The research results show that the management mechanism of pedestrian vehicle classification and the layout algorithm of vehicle control points have good effect, which reduces 20% of vehicle detection points. The layout of vehicle detection affects only 1% of transit traffic, and there is no repeated detection of recreational vehicles, which improves the smoothness of the tour. The pedestrian-vehicle management mechanism and the layout algorithm of vehicle control points have guiding significance for scenic spot planning, which are helpful to research the location of urban congested toll roads and research the tracking algorithm of ticket evasion vehicles when canceling provincial toll stations in the future.
