基于ANSYS CFX的PVA纤维束搅拌分散作用机理研究

Stirring and Dispersing Mechanism of PVA Fiber Bundle Based on ANSYS CFX

摘要: 为了提高在某搅拌设备中PVA纤维束搅拌分散质量,研究了不同搅拌桨参数对分散性能的影响。基于ANSYS CFX软件,建立了搅拌分散设备的数值 模拟模型;以搅拌桨转速和类型为研究对象,根据流场速度云图和湍流动能云图,对PVA纤维束搅拌作用机理进行分析。结果表明:随着转速的增大,流 场速度和湍流动能都增大,分散效果先增强后减弱,转速650 r/min是PVA纤维束搅拌设备的最佳搅拌转速;组合桨中流场速度和湍流动能分布对PVA纤维 束的剪切和混合作用最好,分散效果最佳。

Abstract: In order to improve the agitation and dispersion quality of PVA fiber bundles in certain stirring equipment, the influence of different stirring blades parameters on the dispersion performance was studied. A numerical simulation model of the stirring and dispersing equipment was established based on ANSYS CFX software. Taking the rotational speed and type of impeller as the research object, the mixing mechanism of PVA fiber bundle was analyzed, according to the nephogram of flow velocity and turbulent kinetic energy. The results show that: with the increase of rotational speed, both the flow velocity and the turbulent kinetic energy increase, and the dispersion effect increases first and then decreases. The rotational speed 650r/min is the best stirring speed of PVA fiber bundle mixing equipment. The flow velocity and turbulent kinetic energy distribution in combined impeller have the best effect on shear and mixing of PVA fiber bundle, and the dispersion effect is the best.
