路面谱激励整车噪声分析流程开发研究

Development and Research on Analysis Process of Whole Vehicle Noise Subjected to Road Surface Spectrum

摘要: 为分析汽车受路面随机激励作用在车内产生的噪声问题,建立了基于HyperWorks-NVHD平台的路噪标准分析流程。基于模态轮胎建模理论研究,构建了模态轮胎模型并集成于整车仿真模型。通过路面测试获得真实的路面谱激励。发展了路噪随机响应分析方法,并通过OptiStruct求解器对路噪问题峰值进行诊断,找出噪声问题的主要原因进而对车身结构和传递路径进行优化,成功解决了某车型的路噪风险问题。通过样件试制进行测试,验证了该分析流程的有效性与可行性。由于该分析流程不依赖于具体车型,最大程度的实现了方法的可移植性。

Abstract: In order to analyze the interior noise in the vehicle caused by the road random excitation, a standard road noise analysis process based on HyperWorks-NVHD was formulated. On the basis of modeling theory of modal tire, the modal tire model was built and integrated with the simulation model of whole vehicle. Then, the actual road surface excitation was obtained by road testing. The road noise random response analysis method was developed, and OptiStruct solver was used to diagnose the peak value of the noise problem. The main cause of noise problem was found out, and then the body structure and transmission path were optimized. The problem of road noise risk of a certain type of vehicle was successfully solved. The validity and feasibility of the proposed process were verified by the test of sample production.Because the analysis process does not depend on the specific vehicle type, the portability of the method is realized to the greatest extent.
