明色铺装SMA 混合料性能的试验研究

Performance of SMA Mixture with Light-Coloured Pavement

摘要: 采用钢化玻璃和白色方坚石作为路面明色材料,对明色铺装SMA混合料进行了车辙、冻融劈裂、渗水、摩擦系 数、浸水飞散及照度值的室内试验,研究了明色铺装SMA混合料的高温性能、水稳定性、抗滑、抗渗、黏结性等路用 性能及明色性能。结果表明:明色铺装SMA混合料各项路用性能均能满足现行规范的技术要求,路用性能良好,明 色铺装SMA混合料比普通沥青混合料明色性能好。

Abstract: The toughened glass and white Fangiianshi were chosen as the light-coloured materials. The truck test,splitting freeze-thaw test,water seepage test,friction coefficient test,inundate flyoff seepage test and intensity of illumination test were carried out on SMA mixture of light-coloured road pavement. The high temperature stability,the water stability,antipermeability, sliding,bonding properties and light-coloured performance of SMA mixture of light-coloured pavement were studied. Results show that: various road performances of SMA mixture of light-coloured road pavement can satisfy the technology demand of current standard,and the road performance is good. The light-coloured pavement of SMA mixture is better than the ordinary asphalt pavement on the light-coloured performance.
