基于递推最小二乘法的转向系统参数辨识

Parameter Identification of Steering System Based on Recursive Least Square Method

摘要: 转向系统是汽车的重要安全系统之一,其数学模型设计的好坏直接影响着它的性能和寿命,传统的设计方法求得的转向系统参数精度达不到要求,而且不能实时观测待估参数的变化。首先使用MATLAB软件验证了递推最小二乘法在参数识别中的优越性,然后对一未知转向系统进行了参数辨识,得到了等效转动惯量、等效阻尼系数及等效刚度等机械参数,并且对辨识的参数进行验证,验证结果满意。

Abstract: Steering system is one of the important safety systems of automobile; the design of its mathematical model directly affects its performance and longevity. The accuracy of the parameters of the steering system obtained by the traditional design method didnt meet the requirements, and the change of the parameter under evaluation couldnt be observed in real time. Firstly, Matlab software was used to verify the superiority of recursive least squares method in parameter identification. Then, the parameters of an unknown steering system were identified, and the mechanical parameters such as equivalent moment of inertia, equivalent damping coefficient and equivalent stiffness were obtained. Finally, the identified parameters were verified, and the verification results were satisfactory.
