微型客车单参数侧翻倾向性研究

Rollover Tendency of Minibus Single-Parameter

摘要: 以某微型客车为参考原型,整车悬架为研究对象,建立9自由度车辆仿真模型,在此基础上进行车辆转弯过程中侧翻稳定性研究。在一定路面激励下,通过阶跃转向试验,分析悬架垂向刚度、悬架阻尼、轮胎径向刚度、行驶速度、簧载质量及质心高度等车辆结构及运行参数对微型客车侧翻倾向性的影响。利用正交试验,分析各参数对车辆侧翻倾向性的影响程度,找出最优方案,并通过鱼钩仿真试验和J-turn试验对最优方案进行验证。结果表明:车辆质心高度对车辆侧翻倾向性的影响最为明显,而悬架阻尼对其影响最小;在最优方案下,车辆能够保持良好的侧翻稳定性。

Abstract: Taking a minibus as a reference prototype and the suspension of the whole vehicle as the research object, a 9-DOF vehicle simulation model was established. On this basis, the rollover stability of the vehicle during turning was studied. Under certain road excitation, the influence of vehicle structure and operation parameters such as suspension vertical stiffness, suspension damping, tire radial stiffness, running speed, sprung mass and centroid height on rollover tendency of minibus were analyzed by step steering test. Orthogonal test was used to analyze the influence of each parameter on vehicle rollover tendency, and the optimal scheme was found out. The optimal scheme was verified by fishhook simulation test and J-turn test. The results show that the vehicle centroid height has the most obvious effect on rollover tendency, while the suspension damping has the least effect; under the optimal scheme, the vehicle can maintains good rollover stability.
