直线电机跨座式单轨车辆曲线通过能力分析

Curve Negotiation Performance of Linear Motor Straddle Monorail Vehicle

摘要: 针对重庆跨座式单轨3号线在雨雪天运营时大坡度路面起步走行轮打滑等问题,设计了直线电机跨座式单轨。并将该跨座式单轨车辆推广到冬季高寒、夏季高温和纬度偏高的“三高”地区。通过结构设计,建立了直线电机跨座式单轨车辆动力学模型,并通过动力学仿真分析,证明其具有良好的曲线通过性与气隙稳定性,但其曲线限速应较跨座式单轨有所降低。

Abstract: In view of the problem that the running wheel of Chongqing straddle monorail line 3 started to slip on the steep road during the operation in rainy and snowy days, the linear motor straddle monorail was designed, which was extended to the “three high” areas with extreme cold temperature in winter, high temperature in summer and high latitude. The dynamics model of linear motor straddle monorail vehicle was established by structure design. Through dynamic simulation analysis, it is proved that the proposed design has good curve negotiation performance and air gap stability, but its curve speed limit should be lower than that of straddle monorail.
