沥青混合料动态模量试验研究

Test Study on Dynamic Modulus of Asphalt Mixture

摘要: 利用Superpave简单性能试验机(SPT)测量了4种沥青混合料在不同温度和荷载作用频率下的动态模量;根 据时间-温度置换原理,通过非线性最小二乘拟合,确定了4种沥青混合料的动态模量主曲线;比较了4种混合料 不同试验温度、不同加载频率以及不同围压条件下沥青混合料的动态模量;采用车辙性能指标E*/sin??对4种沥 青混合料的高温稳定性进行了分析,并用回弹模量试验进行了对比研究。结果表明,混合料类型、粉胶比、围压对 混合料的高温稳定性有很大的影响。动态模量受混合料类型、围压、试验温度的影响。

Abstract: Four types dynamic moduli of asphalt mixtures at different temperatures and frequencies were tested by Superpave Simple Performance Tester (SPT). According to time-temperature superpo sition principle, dynamic modulus master curves under different temperatures, frequencies and confining pressures were determined through nonlinear least square regression. High temperature stability was analyzed by the value of E* / sin . Contrastive study on compressive resilient modulus was conducted. The study indicated that types of mixtures, filler-bitumen ratio and confining pressure could exert great influence on high temperature stability of mixtures. Dynamic moduli could be impacted by types of mixtures, confining pressure and temperature.
