西南高寒山区高速公路融雪剂适用性试验分析

Experimental Analysis of Highway Deicers in the Application of Alpine Areas in Southwest China

摘要: 根据西南山区高速公路冰雪影响路段冬季气候特征,选用目前市场上常用的氯盐类融雪剂氯化钠、氯化钾和 氯化钙以及有机类融雪剂乙酸钾、乙酸钙,分别在-5,-10和-15??条件下对这些融雪剂的融雪效果进行试验研 究。试验结果表明,在试验温度内,氯盐类融雪剂的总体效果要稍好于有机类融雪剂;乙酸钾与氯盐类融雪剂差别 不大;乙酸钙易使冰面出现龟裂和局部松动融化。考虑满足冬季高速公路保通、冰雪影响程度、气温及环保要求, 提出了西南高寒山区高速公路冬季养护的融雪剂选择建议。

Abstract: According to climate characteristics of alpine areas in southwest China, five deicers including NaCl , CaCl2, MgCl2. 6H2O, KAc, Ca(Ac)2 .H2O were applied in the ice melting test under the temperature-5^C ,-10^C. and - 15^C. The result was as follows: chloride deicers generally performed better than acid deicers; there was tiny difference between them elting capacity of the KAc and that of chloride deicers; CaCl2 can cause ice crack and partial looseness. Taking highway mobility, temperature, environmental requirements, and the severity of ice / snow impact into consideration, the deicer in alpine areas in southw est China was proposed in the present paper.
