摘要: 利用山区高速公路实地制动鼓测温试验的数据,对美国GSRS中的制动鼓温度预测模型进行修正,并以此模 型为基础,推导大货车下坡时,其制动鼓温度与坡度、坡长、车重、车速的关系,进而算出坡度坡长限制,保证大货车 制动鼓温度不超过其安全温度,以期降低大货车在山区高速公路制动失效的几率,为更安全的山区高速公路纵断 面设计提供参考。

Abstract: The GSRS's temperature prediction model of the brake drum is modified by the brake drum's temperature data measured in the field test on mountain-expressway. Based on the modified model, the relationship between the temperature of large trucks' brake drum and longitudinal slope, slope length, vehicle weight, vehicle speed is deduced. With this rela-tionship, that the longitudinal slope and slope length limit guaranteeing the brake drum's temperature are no higher than its safety-temperature is figured out. This limit will lower the probability of brake failure. So, it can be a reference for safer design of mountain-expressway's longitudinal profile.
