镂空钢管约束混凝土柱试验研究

摘要: 钢管约束混凝土柱是一种新型结构构件,其约束钢管采用镂空形式,外部由一层纤维增强塑料(FRP,Fiber ReinforcementPlastic)封闭。研究采用的镂空钢管为方形管,边长为30.8cm,高度为11.43cm,有2种不同的镂空圆 孔分布模式:一种为正方形布置,一种为梅花形布置。试验的约束混凝土柱试件总数为27根,单向压缩试验表明, 镂空钢管约束混凝土柱极大地提高了混凝土的变形能力及能量吸收能力。同时,与梅花形镂空圆孔布置的镂空钢 管约束混凝土试件相比,正方形镂空圆孔布置的钢管约束混凝土试件具有更强的变形及能量吸收能力。

Abstract: This paper introduced a new kind steel tube confined concrete cylinder,which had grid steel tube style,and closed in FRP( Fiber Reinforcement Plastic) membrane.The tube had the rectangle shape,and its width was 30.8cm, height was 11.43cm,the punch circle had two types of arrangements: one was square,the other was spiral.There were totally 27 specimen.Single dimensional compressive experiment showed that grid steel tube improves the deformation and energy - absorbing abilities.Comparing with spiral type arrangement,the square type arrangement specimen had better abilities of deformation and energy-absorption.
