碳纤维加固用胶黏剂工作性能的研究

Study on Working Performance of Adhesives for CFRP

摘要: 研究了碳纤维加固环氧胶黏剂体系中亲水型气相二氧化硅、疏水型气相二氧化硅和有机膨润土3 种不同触 变剂的流变特性。结果表明: 3 种触变剂对浸渍树脂都具有增稠触变作用,但存放时间、偶联剂和固化剂对其增稠 触变效果的存在明显影响。

Abstract: The rheological behaviors of three different thixotropic agents in epoxy adhesives system were studied. These agents are hydrophilic silicon dioxide gas,hydrophobic silicon dioxide gas and organic bentonite. The results show that these three thixotropic agents could thicken the density of impregnated resin. The influences of storage time,coupling agent and curing agent on the thickening effects are distinct.
