基于不同外形参数模型的汽车外流场仿真

Simulation for External Flow Field around Automobiles Based on Models of Different Parametric Shape

摘要: 运用三维建模软件建立某型汽车的CAD 模型,并基于知识工程模块设置一组影响汽车空气动力学的参数: 前风窗角( FWW) 、后风窗角( BWW) 、接近角( AFA) 、离去角( DRA) ,通过改变这些参数得到8 种不同的汽车模型; 将得到的参数化模型运用计算流体力学( CFD) 软件Star - ccm + 对其进行空气动力学模拟分析,模拟出不同参数模 型下的阻力系数和升力系数,并分析不同参数模型下对汽车气动性能影响。

Abstract: The CAD model of a certain type automobile was created with three - dimensional modeling software. Based on knowledge engineering module,a set of aerodynamic parameters of vehicles was set up . These parameters were angle of front windscreens ( FWW) ,angle of rear windscreens ( BWW) , approach angle( AFA) ,departure angle( DRA) . Eight different car models were obtained by changing these parameters. Then parametric model will be analyzed for aerodynamic by using of computational fluid dynamics ( CFD) software,Star - ccm + . Under different parametric models,the drag coefficient and lift coefficient could be simulated. Moreover,analysis of affection for aerodynamic performance could also be carried on.
