公路养护施工中的交通控制与管理

摘要: 对高速公路养护施工中“单边全封闭交通组织和单边部分路段交通组织”两种可行整体路网交通组织方案进 行对比和评价。运用交通仿真软件VISSIM,从宏观和微观两个角度,分别对高速公路养护作业区连续流的服务水 平分级,并对养护区路段延长控制区域长度预留值和整体路网统筹交通组织方案进行讨论。以山东东港高速公路 为例,进行交通组织预案,建立合理数学模型并进行交通仿真系统模型,提出科学合理的交通控制与管理的方案,并 在山东烟威高速养护施工中实际运用验证,为日后的养护提供科学依据。

Abstract: The two kinds of feasible integral road network traffic organization scheme,“single side full-closed traffic organization and part section of traffic organization”,were compared and evaluated. By using traffic simulation software VISSIM, the service level of highway maintenance work zone was classified; the reserved length values of extension control region and the whole road network planning traffic organization scheme were discussed. Shandong Donggang freeway was taken as a traffic organization plan,and the reasonable mathematical model and the traffic simulation system model were established. The scientific and reasonable traffic control and management method was proposed and applied in Shandong Yantai-Weihai highway maintenance construction,and also provide a scientific basis for the future maintenance.
