Control of Exterior Noise of Truck Crane

摘要: 研究了发动机噪声、传动系噪声、排气系统噪声和振动辐射噪声等噪声源对车外总噪声的影响p通过模拟道 路噪声测试法、近场测量法和点声源的声辐射模型对车身各噪声源对车外噪声的贡献量进行排序,识别出主要噪声 源。进而提出相应降噪措施对发动机进行了隔声、吸声处理,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: The influence of main noise sources , including engine noise , drive system noise , exhausting system noise and vibration radiation noise , on the exterior noise of automobile crane was studied. The noise sources were sorted and identifìed according to their different contribution to the exterior noise , using simulation of road noise test , near fìeld measurement and the sound radiation model of point source. And then , corresponding noise reduction measurements were proposed to carry out the sound insulation and absorption on the engine , which achieved good results.
