聚合物复合添加剂形态参数对沥青混合料拌和工艺及技术性能的影响

Influence of Polymer Composite Additive Morphological Parameters on the Mixing Process and the Technical Performance of Asphalt Mixture

摘要: 采用干法拌和工艺拌和3种聚合物复合混合料,通过IPP图像处理软件,选择面积变化、外切椭圆长短比、最大半径、最小半径、半径比等5项指标,研究3种聚合物复合添加剂与热集料 作用前后的不同形态变化。对比分析了在120 ~ 180 ℃下拌和180 s时,基质沥青混合料、SBS改性沥青混合料及添加A,B,C 3种不同聚合物复合添加剂沥青混合料的和易性,建立了聚合物 复合添加剂熔融指数及形变参数与沥青混合料技术性能的相关性。研究表明:聚合物复合添加剂的熔融指数对其形变参数有重要影响,沥青混合料路用性能的改性效果与二者密切相关。

Abstract: Through the specific use of the environment of the polymer composite additive in asphalt mixes dry process and IPP image processing software, the area change exonuclease ellipse than the maximum radius, minimum radius, radius changes than five indicators were selected to analyze the three composite additive thermal aggregate before and after the different morphological changes. Through comparative analysis of the time at 120 ~ 180 ℃ and mixing 180 s, matrix asphalt, SBS modified asphalt materials and add A, B, C three different polymer composite additives asphalt mixture workability, the polymerization correlation between substance and compound additives melt index of deformation parameters and technical performance of asphalt mixture were established . Studies have shown that: melt index of the polymer composite additives have an important impact on the deformation parameter, and road asphalt modification effect is closely related with the performance.
