DCLR掺量和粉胶比对沥青胶浆性能的影响分析

Analysis of the Properties of Asphalt Mortar Affected by DCLR Content and Filler-Asphalt Ratio

摘要: 为了分析煤直接液化残渣(Direct Coal Liquefaction Residue,DCLR)掺量和粉胶比对沥青胶浆性能的影响,进而确定合理的DCLR掺量和粉胶比,对沥青胶浆进行了“二因素四水平”正交设计。利用DSR(Dynamic Shear Rheometer)和BBR(Bending Beam Rheometer)试验,分析了DCLR掺量和粉胶比对沥青胶浆的G*/sinδ(车辙因子)、G*·sinδ(疲劳因子)、m-值(蠕变速率)以及S(蠕变劲度模量)的影响规律。研究结果表明:DCLR掺量和粉胶比对沥青胶浆高温、低温及疲劳性能均有显著影响,且随DCLR掺量增加和粉胶比提高,沥青胶浆的高温性能在不断提高,疲劳性能和低温性能在逐渐下降。同时,发现DCLR掺量对沥青胶浆性能的影响程度远远高于粉胶比对沥青胶浆性能的影响程度,综合沥青胶浆性能变化,当DCLR掺量小于10%、粉胶比低于1.0时,沥青胶浆的性能最为优越。

Abstract: To analyze the properties of asphalt mortar affected by DCLR content and filler-asphalt ratio, the asphalt mortars with different DCLR content and filler-asphalt ratio were prepared. The “two factors and four levels” orthogonal experiment was conducted. The G*/sinδ, G*·sinδ, m-value and S of asphalt mortar affected by DCLR content and filler-asphalt ratio were evaluated by using DSR and BBR. The results show that DCLR content and filler-asphalt ratio exert significant effect on the properties of asphalt mortar. The high-temperature property of asphalt mortar is improved constantly but the fatigue resistance and low-temperature property of asphalt mortar gradually decreased with the increase of DCLR content and filler-asphalt ratio. It is discovered that compared with filler-asphalt, the addition of DCKR exerted far greater influence on asphalt mortar.In view of overall property changes of asphalt mortar, the asphalt demonstrated best property when DCLR content is lower than 10% and filler-asphalt ratio less than 1.0. 
