聚酯纤维及沥青对高RAP掺量沥青混合料路用性能的研究

Polyester Fiber Content and Asphalt Content’s Impact on the Road Performance of High RAP Content Asphalt Mixture

摘要: 通过车辙试验、小梁弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验,深入研究了聚酯纤维掺量和沥青用量分别对高RAP掺量沥青混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性以及水稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:相对纤维本身的作用而言,沥青混合料的高温稳定性更多地是通过沥青膜厚度及自由沥青的多少来产生影响;纤维和沥青的合理比例是影响沥青混合料低温及水稳定性能的最关键因素。相对而言,纤维自身的强度对沥青混合料低温及水稳定性能的影响非常有限,沥青含量超过最佳油石比时,沥青含量和沥青膜厚度的增加,不但不一定会提高沥青混合料的低温及水稳定性能,还有可能造成负面影响。

Abstract: The road performance was studied on the high temperature stability, low temperature cracking resistance and water stability of the fiber recycled asphalt mixture with the high RAP content result from polyester fiber content and asphalt content through the wheel rutting test, freeze-thaw split test and small beam bend test.The results have guiding significance on the method of increasing recycled asphalt mixture road performance.In terms of the relative effect of the fiber itself,high temperature stability of asphalt mixture was affected by more asphalt thickness and free asphalt content.A reasonable proportion of fiber and asphalt was the most critical factor in low temperature performance and water stability performance of asphalt mixture.In contrast,the impact strength of the fiber itself was very limited on low temperature performance and water stability performance of asphalt mixture.When asphalt comtent exceeded the optimum the ratio of asphalt and stone,it doesnot necessarily improve the low temperature performance and water stability performance of asphalt mixture, and further may be adversely affected for the increasing of asphalt content and asphalt thickness.
