基于元胞传输理论的应急疏散模型优化

Optimization for Emergency Evacuation Network Based on CTM

摘要: 大多数的灾难都无法避免,只能通过有效地疏散减少死亡人数和财产损失。而在疏散过程中,疏散需求的不确定影响着疏散的正常进行。针对需求不确定性,基于元胞传输模型(CTM)以最小疏散时间为目标建立应急疏散模型,然后采用affinely adjustable robust counterpart(AARC)方法对模型鲁棒优化,应用对偶理论改进模型以便于求解并进行算例分析。实例分析表明,AARC同原方案相比,能够极大地降低不确定性保证疏散的正常进行,为疏散决策提供了参考。

Abstract: More and more disasters threat our lives and property deeply. Although most of these disasters could not have been avoided, significant improvements in death counts and reported property losses could have been made by efficient evacuation. Based on the CTM, an emergency evacuation model was built with the total travel time to be minimized as its objective function. Then the first model was transformed by AARC and duality theory. The model becomes easy to be calculated. The case study shows that AARC can decrease the uncertainty and be used for evacuation decision.
