基于AMESim的减速带能量回收装置换能器特性研究

摘要: 在设计的液压式减速带能量回收系统基础上,应用AMESim仿真软件研究一种双液压缸式换能器的特性。通过对双液压缸式换能器进行建模分析,初步建立了换能器流速、行程以及蓄能器气体体积、充气压力与液压缸内径、换能器回位弹簧刚度的关系,为减速带能量回收系统的样机研制提供参考。

Abstract: On the basis of hydraulic speed-bump energy recovery system,AMESim simulation technology was applied to research the characteristics of a kind of double hydraulic cylinder transducer.Through the modeling analysis of double hydraulic cylinder transducer,the relationship among the velocity as well as the stroke of transducer,the gas volume as well as the inflation pressure of accumulator and the hydraulic cylinder diameter as well as the spring stiffness of transducer was established initially,which provided a reference for the development for the prototype of hydraulic speed-bump energy recovery system.
