PVA纤维水泥稳定碎石拌和均匀性研究

Mixing Uniformity of Cement Stabilized Macadam with PVA Fiber

摘要: 为了研究如何将PVA纤维均匀的分散在水泥稳定碎石基层材料中,进行了多种拌和工艺方案下添加PVA的水泥稳定碎石拌和试验。采用质量分数比例系数与质量分数比例系数的离差系数 来判断PVA纤维水泥稳定碎石的均匀性,分析了在不同投料顺序、搅拌速度、单机搅拌量等拌和工艺下,PVA纤维水泥稳定碎石拌和均匀性随时间的变化规律。研究表明:不同投料顺序下,混 合料的质量分数比例系数的离差系数趋于平稳时普遍大于PVA纤维的质量离差系数。单从拌和稳定性的角度考虑,PVA纤维水泥稳定碎石最佳投料顺序为先投入集料和PVA纤维束,再加入水泥和 水继续搅拌。混合料质量分数比例系数离差系数和PVA纤维质量离差系数值达到最小值的拌和时间均随单机搅拌量的增加而增加、随搅拌速度的增加而减小。推荐WDZ-600型稳定土拌和站的最 佳单机搅拌量V=615 L,最佳搅拌轴转速为ω=48 r/min,最佳拌和时间为35 s。

Abstract: In order to study how to disperse PVA fiber evenly in cement stabilized macadam base material, the test of cement stabilized macadam mixing with PVA fiber in the different mixing schemes was carried out. The mass fraction ratio coefficient and its deviation coefficient were used to judge the uniformity of cement stabilized macadam mixing with PVA fiber. The variation rule of the uniformity of cement stabilized macadam mixing with PVA fiber changing with the mixing time under conditions with different feeding sequence, different stirring speed, and different single mixing amount was analyzed. The results show that under different feeding sequence, the deviation coefficient of mass fraction coefficient of mixture tends to be stable, which is generally larger than the mass deviation coefficient of PVA fiber. Only Considering the stability of mixing only, the best feeding sequence of PVA fiber cement stabilized macadam is to put the aggregate and PVA fiber bundles first, and then to add cement and water to continue mixing. When the deviation coefficient of mass fraction coefficient of mixture and the mass deviation coefficient of PVA fiber reach the minimum value, both the mixing time is increased with the increase of single machine agitation and is decreased with the increase of stirring speed. It is recommended that the optimum mixing amount V for single machine is 615 L for the WDZ-600 stabilized soil mixing station, the optimum rotating shaft speed ω is 48 r/min, and the optimum mixing time is 35 s.
