Study on Construction Mechanical Properties of Cantilever-Pouring Concrete Arch Bridge

摘要: 为控制悬臂浇筑混凝土拱桥施工内力及变形,运用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS自带的零阶优化法,基于扣索一次张拉法开展混凝土拱桥悬浇 施工力学性能研究,主要分析了悬浇长度、挂蓝构造形式、预应力、扣索锚固位置对拱圈施工内力及变形影响。结果表明:改变节段长度和扣索 锚固位置对拱圈施工内力影响不大,在拱圈顶板设置预应力能有效减小施工内力,但对施工变形影响不大,挂篮构造形式对主拱圈施工内力及变 形影响均较大,悬臂浇筑钢筋混凝土拱桥建议采用前支点挂篮施工。

Abstract: In order to control construction stress and deformation of Cantilever-Pouring Concrete Arch Bridge, the finite element program ANSYS was used to research construction mechanical properties of Cantilever-Pouring Concrete Arch Bridge, mainly analyzing the effect segment length, form of hanging blue structure, and pre-stress and cable anchor position. the results show: segment length and cable anchor position control tensile stress setting pre-stress can effectively reduce stress, but the influence on deformation is not obvious; hanging blue form structure can both control stress and deformation to improve construction stress and deformation, it better to choose front pivot hanging basket construct.
