Study on Influencing Factors of Noise Reduction and Durability of Fiber Micro-surfacing Based on Orthogonal Test

摘要: 微表处养护技术在广泛应用的同时仍然存在着噪声过大、抗松散性能不足、耐久性差等缺点,制约着微表处养护技术更好地应用。针对纤维微表处,从原 材料、矿料级配、纤维与改性乳化沥青用量等方面对混合料路用性能影响因素进行研究,为纤维微表处混合料的设计提供参考。研究结果表明:掺加进口纤维的 混合料拥有较好的抗车辙性能和抗水损害性能;级配是影响混合料抗车辙性能和噪声的显著因素;纤维掺量是影响混合料耐磨性能的显著因素。

Abstract: Micro-surfacing maintenance technology has a wide range of application, but there are still some insufficiencies restricting the micro-surfacing maintenance technology development, such as excessive noise, poor anti-loose performance and poor durability. The influence factors of raw materials, mineral grading, fiber and modified emulsified asphalt were studied in order to provide reference for the design of micro-surfacing mixture. The results show that the mixture with imported fiber has good rutting resistance and water damage resistance; gradation is a significant factor influencing the rutting performance and noise of the mixture; fiber content is a significant factor influencing wear resistance of the mixture.
