沥青混合料抗滑性能评价指标与抗滑寿命预估方法研究

摘要: 针对沥青混合料抗滑性能室内评价指标与方法的不足,研发了用于测试集料或沥青混合料摩擦特性的测试仪,并明确了其测试原理、仪器参数与功能用途;其次,基于沥青路面现场抗滑性能测试数据与室内抗滑性能测试数据的拟合分析,提出了沥青路面抗滑寿命预估方法;并提出了路面材料动态摩擦系数的测试方法与评价指标,包括衰减终值Dμ试验终、衰减速率△Dμ、Dμ混-临、抗滑寿命;最后,采用数字化定量方法揭示了集料特性、掺配方案、级配类型与粗细程度等对沥青路面抗滑性能的影响规律,明确了抗滑性能提升方案。

Abstract: Aiming at the deficiency of indoor evaluation index and method of anti-sliding performance of asphalt mixture, a tester for testing the friction characteristics of aggregate or asphalt mixture was developed, and its testing principle, instrument parameters and functional purposes were also defined. Secondly, based on the fitting analysis between the asphalt pavement field anti-sliding performance test data and the indoor anti-sliding performance test data, the evaluation method on the anti-sliding life for asphalt pavement was proposed. Moreover, the testing method and evaluation indexes of dynamic friction coefficients of pavement materials were put forward, including attenuation terminal value, attenuation rate, dynamic friction coefficient threshold of asphalt mixture and anti-sliding life. Lastly, the digital quantitative method was used to reveal the influence law of aggregate characteristics, blending scheme, gradation type and thickness on the anti-sliding performance of asphalt pavement, and to clarify the anti-sliding performance improvement scheme.
