沥青路面厂拌热再生RAP料掺量影响因素分析

Influence Factors of RAP Content in Plant-Mixed Hot Recycling Asphalt Pavement

摘要: 针对目前沥青路面厂拌热再生技术应用中遇到的RAP料掺量较低的问题,以江苏宿淮盐高速淮安大桥服役11年的SMA-13型RAP料为研究对象,通过理论与实验相结合手段分析了RAP料掺量的影响因素。研究结果表明:RAP料掺量受旧沥青性能的可恢复程度、RAP集料级配的可调性、RAP集料级配与油石比的质量控制以及新集料的加热温度4个因素的综合影响。在实际工程中可以通过掺入再生剂、减小RAP料中细料的比例、控制RAP料中油石比的偏差以及设法降低新集料的加热温度来提高RAP料的掺量,提高厂拌热再生技术的经济和社会效益。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of low content of RAP in application of plant-mixed hot recycling asphalt pavement, the influence factors of RAP content were analyzed theoretically and experimentally by taking SMA-13 RAP material as the research object, which had been in service for 11 years in Huaian Bridge of Jiangsu Suhuai-Yancheng expressway. The analysis results show that the RAP content is affected comprehensively by four factors: the recovery of old asphalt performance, the adjustability of RAP aggregate gradation, the quality control of RAP aggregate gradation and asphalt aggregate ratio as well as the heating temperature of new aggregate. In practical engineering, the content of RAP material can be increased by adding regenerant, reducing the proportion of fine material in RAP material, controlling the deviation of the asphalt-aggregate ratio of RAP material and trying to reduce the heating temperature of new aggregate, so as to improve the economic and social benefits of plant-mixed hot recycling technology.
