基于模糊贝叶斯网络的长江上游航道整治建筑物技术状况评价研究

Technical Status Evaluation of Regulation Buildings in Upper Reaches of Yangtze River Channel Based on Fuzzy Bayesian Network

摘要: 针对长江上游航道整治建筑物特点,以建筑物功能发挥状况和结构状况为研究点,提出了建筑物包含“目标-准则-要素-指标”4个层次的评价指标体系;基于贝叶斯网络方法和模糊数学理论,建立了航道整治建筑物技术状况的综合评价模型,定义了Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ共4级评价标准;通过数学期望公式量化建筑物具体技术状况值。以长江上游东溪口碛头坝为例,对其2016、2017、2018年的技术状况进行了验证评价。结果表明:2016、2017、2018年,长江上游东溪口碛头坝技术状况隶属等级分别为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅱ级,与规范所得结果吻合;量化技术状况值E分别为83.75、75.25、70.25,与工程实际相符。

Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of the regulation buildings in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, taking the functioning status and structural status of the buildings as the research point, a building evaluation index system containing four levels of “objective-criteria-element-indicator” was proposed. Based on Bayesian network method and fuzzy mathematics theory, the evaluation model of waterway regulation building technical condition was established, the 4-level evaluation standard such asⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳlevel was determined. The specific technical condition value of the building was quantified by mathematical expectation formula. Taking the Dongxikou cross dam in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River as an example, the technical status in 2016, 2017 and 2018 were verified and evaluated. The results show that in 2016, 2017 and 2018, the technical status of Dongxikou cross dam in the upper reaches of the Yangtze river is classified as gradeⅠ,Ⅱand Ⅱ level respectively, and the results are consistent with those of the specification; the quantitative technical status values are 83.75, 75.25 and 70.25 respectively, which are consistent with the engineering practice.
