Application of BIM Technology in Tunnel Design Based on CATIA

摘要: 介绍了BIM技术的发展历程及CATIA+BIM技术理论,提出了CATIA+BIM技术应用于隧道设计建模的方法;以福州金鸡山隧道工程为例,采用CATIA+BIM技术,完成了设计阶段隧道模型的创建,完善了施工阶段和运维阶段部分功能的应用。结果表明:CATIA+BIM技术具有的“骨架 + 躯体”特点与隧道工程的线状特征相适应;CATIA+BIM技术应用于隧道建模可归纳为山体建模、路线骨架、构件躯体、参数驱动和属性附加等5个步骤;信息共享平台方便了设计部门、施工部门与运维部门间的协同交流。

Abstract: The development of BIM technology and the theory of CATIA + BIM technology were introduced. The method of applying CATIA + BIM technology in tunnel design modeling was proposed. Taking Fuzhou Jinjishan Tunnel project as an example, CATIA + BIM technology was used to complete the modeling process in design stage, and some functional applications in construction stage and in operation and maintenance stage were improved. The results show that the “skeleton + body” characteristic of CATIA+BIM technology is consistent with the linear characteristics of tunnel engineering, and the modeling process of CATIA+BIM technology in tunnel engineering consists of five steps, which are mountain modeling, route skeleton, component body, parameter-driven and properties addition. And the information-sharing platform greatly facilitates the collaborative communication among design, construction and operation and maintenance departments.
