Abstract: It is a very important for a researcher how to determine vehicle-equivalence in calculating the capacity of a signalized junction by vehicle-equivalence method. The type of vehicles, the movements and the vehicle order affect vehicle-equivalence. In previous researches, the influence of the vehicle order have not been taken into account. In this paper, the author begin with headway by probability method, and deduce some formulae and conclusions in the end.
