汽车零件的激光表面处理

摘要: 大功率激光器的发展,为汽车零件表面处理提供了有效的方法。采用选定的工艺参数对中碳钢汽车活塞销和气门挺柱进行了处理,对其显微组织、耐磨性、变形量及寿命进行了综合评价。结果表明:活塞销、气门挺柱经激光表面淬火后、硬化效果好、变形量小、成品率高,其寿命可提高4倍。

Abstract: Develupmeet of powerful laser devices provides a better basis for surface treatment of automotive parts than ever,Automotive pistun pins and valve tappets made of steel 45# are hardened by laser with chcoen technological parameters,then mierostructure,hardness distribution; wear reeistance,defor-mation and service life are analysed and evaluated.The reeults show that piston pins and valve tappets hardened by laser proceesing have the advantage of good hardening quality,less deformation and low reject,and their service life is four times loriger than those hardened by routine method.
