摘要: 本文对一种新型滚珠螺旋液压马达进行了动力分析,建立了负载轨迹方程,按照耗能最小为指标的伺服优化设计理论进行设计,并对其效率,频宽进行了理论分析。

Abstract: In this paper,a new typo of ball screw-rotary hydraulic motor is presented,The analysis of dynam-ic has been made and the load orbit equation also been set up.The new hydraulic motor has been designaccording to the servo optimized design theory which consumes lest energy. Its efficient and the frequen-cy width has been theoretically analyzed.
