用沥青砼罩面的碾压砼复合式路面胀缝设置原则及构造形式

摘要: 本文分析了碾压砼路面板的胀缩过程,提出初始热压温度、有效热压温度概念和板平均最高温度.根据热胀变形和热压应力分析结果提出用沥青混凝土罩面的碾压混凝土复合式路面胀缝设置原则.文中给出了胀缝宽度计算公式,并建议了用沥青混凝土罩面的碾压混凝土复合式路面胀缝构造形式.

Abstract: This peper analyst the expanding and contracting processes of roller compacted concrete pavement with asphalt concrete overlay. the concept of in ihahve tharmal press temperature,effective thermal press temperature and the average highest temperature in the Plate. haed on the analysis results of thermal press deformahon and thermal stress,the principle of setting up expansion joint of RCCP with asphalt concrete overlay is derived. A formula of evaluahng the width of expansion joint is given.The construction of expennion joint of RCCP with asphalt concrete overlay is proposed.
