摘要: 文中全面介绍了虎门大桥悬索主缆平行钢丝(127丝)索股热铸锚工艺试验研究成果.文中主要就以下几个问题进行介绍:1.试验方法;2.锌铜合金灌铸、合金收缩及其收缩孔补灌温度试验成果;3.分丝板的最佳厚度选择;4.热铸锚工艺的综合效应探讨.最后得出几点结论.

Abstract: The achivements of the HC anchorage technical test research of the parallel wire strand (127 wires) on main cable of human bridge are introduced in this paper.It includes the following questions:1. The test method;2. The zinc coper alloy pouring、the alloy constriction and supplement pouring;3. The optimum thickness choice of the slab which distributes the wire;4. The synthetical effect discussion of the anchorage technique.Some conclusions are obtained finally.
